I’ll be honest, I’ve been an Online Marketer since July 2007 and I’ve done all kinds of programs and the ones I love the most are:

1. Big Ticket Items

2. Big Ticket Items that pay Right Away

Althought I don’t consider the IPC Program, also known as the Indpendent Profit Center, to be a big ticket item, it’s a medium ticket

item that packs a punch. And that’s because the training in the back office is superb. Seriously, it took me thousands of dollars worth of training, to learn what

the IPC program teaches in the back office for a measley $200 bucks. So what is the best way to get off the ground running with the IPC program?

Here are 3 Tips to get you thinking, so you can have your gameplan ready as soon as you join.

1. Define Your Target Market:

Who will you be talking to? Personally, aside from being an Internet Marketer, I’m also a Stay at home Mom, so I tend to talk to or “market to” moms and dads who want more time to spend with their kids. You could target different groups with the IPC program, including people who need a 2nd stream of income, existing marketers who want a lucrative extra stream of income, MLM’ers who need to generate cashflow and acquire extra training. Do you catch my drift?

Establish WHO you will be speaking to when you are marketing. Also remember, that you can talk to “different” groups with different marketing strategies, you don’t have to stick to just one group forever. You can have 7 different groups you are targeting, for example, but you will need to adjust your marketing message so you can speak directly to those people.

2. Start to establish your web presence.

As you are probably doing right now, you are “Sponsor Shopping” to find out WHO you will purchase the IPC Program from. So when someone goes to google your name, you want someone to find that you have atleast some kind of marketing presence. The Fastest way to do this is to write a Press Release. There are several FREE Resources you can write press leases at. You’ll find information on that at the IPC Program’s Back office, or you can even go to my personal training site at http://www.5minutemarketingmakeover.net/ . I’ve got a bunch of training over there as well.

3.Create a “Goal or Vision” Board.

What do you want to accomplish with the Independent Profit Center business? If your goal is $3K a Month, then you need to engage in activities that will produce $3K in results. You’ll need to turn up your marketing. Just create more press releases, more blog entries more frequently. The internet is an Amazing place because it is one of the only places where leverage truly exists. You can Leverage the power of your efforts. You do the work once and it works forever. Think about it, you write an article and it will stay imprinted in the internet forever. So all you have to do is add more and more content, whether through Press Releases, Blog Entries, Videos, etc…and you increase the likelihood of people finding YOU.

Then once they show up, give them something Valuable. Give them reasons to believe they should join with you, and then teach them to do the same.

That my friends, is the circle of prosperity.

Learn all you know, and then pay it forward, that’s the fastest way to succeed in IPC program or any other program for that matter.

Ever heard the saying, “You are who you are with?”  You know, you are likely to be like the 5 people you hang around the most. Why? Because they grow on you, and you start to inherit some of their habits and even ways of thinking. Humans are sponges after all. I’ll tell you, I use to have a real close friend who was from the Bronx, NY who had a really pronounced “New York” Accent (I loved it!) and it wasn’t long till I just couldn’t help it, I started to acquire a new york accent also.

This phenomena also happened to Madonna, after she married Guy Ritchie and moved to England, she came back with an noticeable English Accent. Well this can be a good thing or a bad thing. As you know, if you hang out with the wrong people, bad things can rub off on you as well.

But if you want to cut the learning curve and experience success faster, you can align yourself with successful people so that their thoughts and habits rub off on you. But what happens if you don’t have anyone who is really successful to hang out with?

I was surrounded by Working Class parents and the public school system all my life that never taught me about the possibilities of earning 5 figures or more a month. That wasn’t even part of my consciousness. All I ever knew was I was supposed to prepare myself to get a “JOB”. And in my neighborhood, there was not one “successful” person within even a mile from me, even as an adult.

So what are you supposed to do if all you have is Grandma and Uncle Lou or even an unsupportive spouse around who know nothing more than what they were badly taught which was to “work hard” and long hours and exchange hours for dollars?

You do what I did and get your hands on personal development resources.

I started listening to Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, T. Harv Eker, Willy Jolley, Les Brown,  just to name a few and downloaded them into my IPOD. I would listen to these masters every chance I got and I would let their voices and their philosophies engulf my brain. That would motivate me to take action and to get things done.

Luckily, because of our technology, there are even online “schools” that focus on personal development that you can have access to, 24/7 365 days a year. I take a course or two a week, and still listen to my virtual Mentors on my Ipod and it has made a world of difference to my thought process.

Albert Einstein once said, that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing every single day expecting a different result. Boy is that absolutely true.

If you are stuck in the rut of 9-5, and rush hour traffic, coming home scarfing dinner, doing homework with the kids and watching a little of the tube before you call it a night, and then wake up and repeat this process 5 times a week, no wonder this world is in the state it is in.

You can break that cycle now by adding some personal development into your daily life. Listen to a different mentor every day. In different areas of success. Whether it be in Leadership, salesmanship, finances or health, getting a personal development perspective from professionals, and let them breathe new ideas into your ears while you do other things around the house, or as you sit in front of the computer, is going to make a world of difference.

Some people just always seem to win. No matter what they touch, it always seems to turn into gold. Are you that person? If not, you might be the one who is aspiring to be that person. Why do certain people seem to do great at everything while others struggle just to get by?

There are several key factors that go into becoming successful. Any person can become successful regardless of age, location, or their current financial condition. You can always get better than where you are if you focus on self-improvement. People who always seem to win always have great attitudes. Think back on your life and pick out the people who always win. I would be willing to bet that the vast majority of them had a great attitude. They are the people that you always like to be around. They are the ones that make everyone around them feel better.

The key ingredient to this winner’s attitude is expectancy. These people actually expect to win and they live their lives accordingly. Losers tend to sit around and make fun of the winners. They complain about circumstances while winners believe that circumstances are made.

Besides having a winning attitude, those that are successful inevitably set goals. Goal setting is essential to achieving what you want in life. If you play football on an unmarked field, the battle will be a pointless one. Why would you run through life without an end zone to work towards? Everyone needs something to work for.

Once you decide exactly what you want, you need to break your goals down. Break them into long-term goals and short-term goals. This means that you need to break the bigger ones down into little achievable goals that you can do every day. If your goal is to make so much money per year, just figure out how much you need to make per day. Then work every day to earn that amount of money.

Once you have these long-term goals and short-term goals figured out, you also need to write them down. Putting these goals on paper is a big step in the process. There is something about getting them on paper that makes them concrete in your mind. Then you will know exactly what you’re working towards at all times. If you don’t have a concrete goal, you’ll probably forget about it and move on. You’ll get sidetracked with all that life can throw at you. Only about 3% of people actually claim to have written goals. This means that once you write your goals down, you are ahead of 97% of the population. This is before you even achieve a single goal.

With these two aspects improving in your life, self-improvement will be easy. Once you’ve mastered a winning attitude and set your goals, you’re well on your way to success. Just put any notions of failure out of your mind completely and move ahead. You will start to win at every single thing that you do.

If you want to kick it up a notch, throw a little variety into the mix.

Sometimes life becomes so routine, we don’t have to think about a thing we’re doing throughout the day. We’re programmed to run on automatic. It’s important to shake things up every once in a while to get the creative juices flowing, give us an added boost of energy or give us something to concentrate on for a change.

When routine sets in, particularly in business, we can’t always see the impact it has until we throw a new ingredient into the mix. This week, I ventured outside of my regular routine, took on a new activity and performed a very unexpected act of kindness. The results were terrific!

For starters, I received my Barry’s Bootcamp Workout Package. I must admit, I’ve been slacking on the exercising for a while because I’ve been so focused on business and homeschooling.

I’d been going to the gym 3-4 times a week, but I wasn’t really feeling energized the day after because I was doing more weight lifting then anything else. I really wanted something that had measurable results in a shorter period of time, so while I was at Orlando at the Nickolodeon hotel, I ordered it.

So I rounded up all the boys together and we all put our workout gear on, and for the next 21 minutes, we were all working out together and engaging in an activity that was outside of our routine, and I felt GREAT! Can’t wait till day 30!

Then I decided to call my brother, who I don’t speak to very often, and leave him a nice message on his phone, letting him know how much I loved him and missed him. I don’t know what impact it had on him yet, but it sure made me feel terrific.

Then I decided to call my sister, who I hadn’t called in a few to let her know how much I loved her and that I was thinking about her. Well that totally made her giddy because my sister is usually the one to call me. She was really happy that I picked up the phone and called her because usually I’m so busy with the boys and business, that sometimes I leave things like that on the back burner.

What a huge impact it made on her, and it made me feel terrific, because I know how much it means to her. (Love you sis!)

Today, I’m going to do something extra nice for my husband. What I don’t know yet…but I will definitely do something out of the ordinary to make his day (get your mind out of the gutter people! lol)

It’s easy to get caught up in the routine of business and marketing and trying to generate leads. Believe me, even with the experience that I now have in this industry, I too am human, and I have my days where I just have to walk away from it all, and turn off my computer.

If you’re having those days too, the best cure for that is to do something out of the ordinary, and do something nice for someone else.

TRUST ME. Try it!

So changing our routine and experiencing an act of kindness elevated all  of us mentally, physically and emotionally. It is no secret that change and giving to others boost our energy levels, but we get so caught up in daily living that we easily forget. We fall into the comfort zone of habit.

Today is a new day. What can YOU do differently? Take a different route to work? Part your hair on the left instead of in center? Take the stairs instead of the elevator? Whatever it is and no matter how small, change makes a positive impact.

What can YOU do for someone else today? Something completely unsolicited and without expectation. If you’re going through the drive-thru at the coffee shop, pay for the coffee for the driver behind you. If you see someone struggling with her bags at the grocery store, lend a hand. The simplest act of kindness will reap big rewards for the giver, receiver and everyone they touch throughout the day.
