At first glance, you may not think so, but the success of your team, simply rides on your ability to teach and coach them to do what you did, and then it is in their hands to take action and make it happen.

This is called “Duplication”.

Now of course, there are many variables. No matter how much you give people, Guides, Training, Calls…there are just some of those people that will NEVER get off the ground running.

So instead of getting discouraged remember this:

It all comes down to a numbers game at the end of the day.

But your odds definitely increase if you can give your new recruits all the tools and information necessary for them to duplicate your success.

Give them the Blueprint! After all,  you have a vested interest in their success. It is through their success that you will find your freedom, and it is through your team’s effort that you will be truly leveraged.

If you do not know how to teach and train people that come in and show them exactly what steps to follow, you’ll meet with frustration and the likelihood of attrition, definitely increases!

So, in a nutshell…

MASSIVE ACTION = MASSIVE RESULTS

One of the biggest challenges in MLM and Network Marketing is DUPLICATION!! If you can sponsor a new person into your business, and literally have them “Plug and Play”, your chances of making alot of money will skyrocket.

Over 95% of people fail because they don’t have the leadership skills necessary to inspire and empower their downline to take action, that’s one problem, but if you add to that a weak game plan, or a system that cannot easily be duplicated, then you will more than likely to suffer from attrition, which means you have just as many people leaving as you do coming in.

What is the best way to set up your Team with a truly duplicatable system? Here are Some Tips than My Colleague Tracey Walker and I implement in our Success University, Team Prosperity.

1. You must have a vision for your business and your team. Your downline will only do what you do, minus 25%.

2. You must create some sort of “Fast-start” guide, or a clearly laid out 1-2-3 system that is easy to follow and that any other downline members can easily understand and also start to implement immediately.

3. Engage in Weekly or Bi-weekly conference calls so that everyone is on the same page. If you can verbalize your vision to your team, they are more than likely to share that same vision with you, and share in your enthusiasm to build the business.

4. Keep your team engaged by thinking of creative ways to present information or training. If they feel they are truly part of something special, all they have to do is see some sort of result and that will boost the morale of everyone on the team.

5. Implement a reward system or celebrate every time your team member achieves a milestone in their business. Encourage all your team leaders to do the same with their downline. This is Crucial to the Morale of the Group.

One of the reasons that traditional methods, like cold calling leads and trying to recruit family and friends doesn’t work for most people, is because most people are too embarrassed to implement these methods, and quite frankly, they make other people feel uncomfortable. Therefore, it is a very difficult approach to duplicate.

Think about it. Betty Crocker Invented a Cake Mix where all you have to do is add water and eggs. The intention is that if you give 10 people the very same cake mix, they will all have the same result, so long as they follow through on all the directions on the box to the “letter”.  Imagine if you had to tell someone who has never baked a cake before, to bake one, without any instructions! Now that would be a crazy mess!

Another example of this is back in the early 90’s, when you bought a computer or a new piece of hardware, you’d have to manually install the drivers. Well the big problem with that is that most people don’t even know how to insert a CD into the CD-rom drive to install the drivers for the new hardware. To remedy this problem, manufacturers  included universal driver software in the machines so when you add a piece of hardware, like a microphone, it’s PLUG and PLAY. (that’s where that term came from), and virtually anyone who could plug a cord into a socket, was up and running.

The more people you have coming into your MLM or network marketing opportunity that have access to the Same form letters, the same auto responder letters, the same follow up materials, Marketing Strategies, all laid out in a step by step format, the More you will enjoy growing your downline!
