I am SO *AFRAID* To Weigh Myself!!!!!!


Soooo, you’re considering starting a weightloss Program and you are completely afraid to weigh yourself.

Trust me, I’ve been there, but hiding the scale can work for you or against you.

The Bottom line is, you need to know what your starting point is, so that you can accept where you are in order to move forward.

In this video I share why it’s important to weigh yourself, and why you must do 1 Thing that is keeping many Women in America completely BLIND to exactly how FAT they truly are getting..

Ok So To Re-Cap:

If you want to move forward in your weightloss Journey you must

1. Weigh Yourself!!! you need to know the number in order to move forward! Just don’t become obsessive about it! Yes I know, easier said than done, but you NEED to know the Number!

2. For Godsakes Ladies, THROW AWAY THE STRETCHY PANTS!!! They will stretch as far as you get fat, so force yourself to stay in your Jeans or make sure you are wearing tight workout clothes. But do NOT live in your stretchy pants because one day you will have to face getting into a pair of jeans and you are going to pull your hair out because Stretchy Pants are Silent Enablers! They will allow you to continue to get fat and they will not tell you just how big you’ve gotten THROW THEM AWAY!!!

3. Take your BEFORE Pics! I always said to myself that as much as I hate taking Pics of myself at my heaviest and put them out there for the world to see, I KNEW that they would inspire people to get off their asses and move! Not only that, as a beachbody coach, My Before Pics are Money in the Bank! Just sayin’ =)  AND not only that, but now I love my FAT PICS because they are a reminder of Who I AM NOT and that I never want to be there again. They are a constant reminder of how out of control I became and how I never want to go back.

I still have a few more pounds to go, but 43 pounds is nothing to sneeze at, and I’m committed to helping as many women who are READY TO WORK and make a change to start getting results!
