Understanding what Makes Successful people successful is something that people who are struggling, should really pay attention to.

One thing I’ve discovered since I’ve been in Network Marketing, and in dealing with all different types of people, is that you can’t Motivate someone who just isn’t motivated.  It mystifies me how the very same people who say they want to make X amount of money, or want to take their business to another level, when asked to actually do something about it..DON’T.

It takes discipline and concentration, commitment and diligence to “be” outside of the proverbial BOX.  People who don’t want to do anything, but make a lot of money, have what I call an “employee” mindset. Pay Me Now, I want it Now, Sign up Now.  Start A business Today, I need to get paid by Friday.

It just doesn’t work that way.

Nature, however, has a way of weeding these types of people out.  Ever notice how everytime you want to take your business to the next level, or want to try something different, it “always” ends up costing money?  Well, call it mother natures way of testing out those who are willing to go the distance.  People with an employee mindset, are just used to being told what to do, get a paycheck at the end of the week, and then complain about how little they make..

If you look at leaders like Donald Trump, Madonna, or Networkers like Myself, have put countless hours, have read countless books, I personally have spent thousands of dollars in personal education in order to accomplish everything I have in only 1 short year.

It took me time, dedication and the belief in myself that I could do it..and then the wherewithall, to follow through.. It hasn’t been easy at times, but the difference between me and someone else, is that I never saw a bump in the road as failure. I invited faiure, or should I say, what others perceive to be as failure, as a learning experience, quickly corrected, and then moved forward.

So I ask you, how bad do you really want it?

Enough to put your kids to bed at 9pm and continue working till 1am?

Enough to spend more money and time into your own SELF education?

Enough to accept correction from people who know more than you?

Ask yourself these questions and get real with yourself.  What are you willing to Sacrifice, to GIVE to get what you want?
